This Friday, Heston Bumenthal will be doing a cooking demo on Brighton Pier. In the predictably unpredictable Whacky World of Fat Ducks then nobody knows what he is trying to concoct… but I have been given a tickle by an insider from the inside and my source tells me that it’s going to involve the all of the Brighton classics of Brighton Rock, Jellied eels and focaccia.
And beause just eating the food isn’t enough the helter skelter is somehow involved in the preparation!!!
Beyond that I really can’t tell you anything so you’ll have to go along and see for yourself.
MMmmmmmmmmmmmmm I’m already salivating at the thought…..
